After we’ve gathered all pertinent information about the potential client and their area of interest, we
analyze that client’s resources and persona and develop a detailed and innovative Community Relations
Campaign based on the data.
The Community Relations Campaign will feature community service programs focused on concepts providing
items to those less fortunate and employee volunteer programs. The campaign will include estimates of all
costs related to the service programs. It will also include examples of our press releases and methods we will utilize to obtain media attention for the programs.
Upon our first meeting with the potential client, we present the results of our investigation in their city of benevolent interests, inventories of charitable organizations and government institutions, and our recommended Community Relations strategy and campaign ideas.
The potential client is then able to review our data and recommendations. The next meeting mostly entails us listening to the client to find out their feelings about our recommendations and if they have other interests that need to be applied to the focus of their Community Relations Campaign. Once we’ve reached an agreement on the focus and concepts for the campaign, we will negotiate a contract based on the total services that will be provided and the dates that we will begin implementing the campaign.
